Check me out during ASAE’s Great Ideas Conference starting this weekend:
- On Saturday night, March 9, at 9pm MST, I’m hosting an unofficial late-night YAPpy Hour to celebrate the launch of Online Community Results. There will be liquor and lasers (yes, I said lasers). It’s at a secret, hush-hush location, and space is very limited, so you must RSVP by 4pm on Saturday, March 9.
- On the morning of Sunday, March 10, at 10am MST, I’m holding an informal community manager coffee talk at the South Broadmoor building in the mezzanine lobby. Bring a cup of joe and gab with other community types about your online community secrets and challenges.
- Yes, I am actually an official speaker at Great Ideas, too. Increasing member engagement isn’t the only benefit of a social or online community strategy. At 4:30pm MST on Sunday, March 10, I’m presenting a session on Social Commerce for Associations. You’ll learn how to apply five — count `em, FIVE! — social theories to sales of your association’s products, services, events, and membership to increase revenues.
